What is The Ella Signature Collection? And why was it created? Well, it all began 6 years ago when my mother decided that she had had enough of paying for my sew ins. I was new to the 'Weave on' world and "sew ins" were all I knew. I could not afford to pay for my own sew ins and eventually my natural hair was getting damaged because I was not using any protective hairstyles. As time went along I had to find a way of protecting my hair and I started researching on the internet about alternative protective hairstyles that gave the same looks as a sew in. I stumbled across a video on Youtube about wigs and straight away I was hooked. I tried making wigs for myself over an over again, and before I knew, I had people complimenting my hair and requesting for me to do units for them too.

 I kept buying cheap low quality hair and expected results that were impossible to achieve (styles and longevity). After many disappointments, my passion for hair grew so deep that I started researching more about different hair textures, origins and qualities.  After I realised that I had been spending money on the wrong kinds of hair, I knew that I had to share, teach and inform people about what REAL GOOD hair is and where to find it.
